Gregor Poynton has written to the new Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Tourism and Transport, Stephen Flynn MSP, urging the Scottish Government to look again at the business rates system after Edinburgh Airport revealed its rateable value had increased by 142%, adding around £8 million a year to its costs.
