Edinburgh to Dubai flight turned back over Egypt due to airport drone attack

Well now, this is certainly something that's caught our attention here in Edinburgh! A flight bound for Dubai from our very own airport had to make a rather unexpected return journey over Egypt, all thanks to a drone incident. We're keeping an eye on developments for all our travellers.
