Edinburgh council rejects World Cup public holiday

Well, it seems our Edinburgh council has decided against a public holiday for the World Cup, much to the disappointment of many football fans across the city. While the rest of the country might be celebrating, it looks like it'll be business as usual here in Edinburgh.
