Edinburgh Council denies bank holiday after Scotland's World Cup opener

Well, it seems like there's no extra day off for us in Edinburgh after all! Despite the buzz around Scotland's World Cup opener, our council has decided against a bank holiday. A bit of a shame, but at least we can still cheer on the team!
